Atlas Self Storage is now in Lakeway Texas after our recent acquisition of McArdle Storage located at 302 Meadowlark St, Lakeway TX 78734.
The new facility is a 13,000 SF facility with 119 units located only 30 minutes outside of Austin, TX.
Atlas Self Storage has already began to improve the facility through installing a brand new automated gate, enhanced landscaping throughout the storage units in Lakeway, offering auto-billing with online account management, and beginning to install improved lighting and cameras throughout the facility.
This acquisition brings Atlas Self Storage’s portfolio to 5 properties acquired throughout Texas, and deepens Atlas Storage’s investment in the lone star state.
The property has plenty of occupancy to provide storage for Lake Travis residences. Lakeway TX is home to 19,189 residents and only 16 miles from downtown Austin. With the recent growth of the market and population, Atlas is excited to continue to grow with the town and be a main supplier for Travis County Storage units needs!
